Mrs. Miller's AP Chemistry class recently took their learning outdoors with some sidewalk art! By measuring the mass of their chalk before and after their artistic adventure, they calculated the particles of calcium sulfate (the main ingredient in their sidewalk chalk) and even counted the number of oxygen atoms used in their masterpieces.
